Creating highly detailed and lifelike people is one of the hardest things to do in CGI. This image was concepted and created entirely in CGI. The artist really focused on bringing as much detail as possible to the entire image. The image has been sculpted down to the last pore. This piece is a good example of the amount of detail that can be added to any piece to make it as realistic as possible.
